1 ½ cup water
1 ¾ cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1 ¾ cup flour
1 cup butter
1 tsp soda
3 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 ½ Tablsp cornstarch
Cook raisins & water for 10 minutes & drain off water. Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, butter & soda together & press ½ of mixture in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes.
Mix egg yolks, sugar, sour cream & cornstarch util thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Add vanilla & cooled raisins. Mix together. Pour over baked crust & cover loosely with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for additional 30 minutes.
