Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake

4-5 cups cut rhubarb
2 tablsp butter
2/3 cup sugar

Place rhubarb in bottom of greased 9x13x2 pan. Cover w/sugar & dot w/butter.

Mix together:

2 eggs, beaten
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1 cup flour
½ tsp cream of tartar
½ cup hot milk
½ tsp vanilla

Pour over rhubarb. Bake 40-45 min in 350 oven or until light brown. Serve warm w/ice cream.
