Rhubarb Cake

1 ½ cup chopped rhubarb
½ cup butter
1 ½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teasp vanilla
½ teasp salt
1 cup sour milk
1 teasp soda
(1 T vinegar to 1 cup milk)
2 cups flour

Cream butter & eggs, add egg & salt; add soda, vanilla, milk & flour & mix until even. Add rhubarb, mix well, pour into ungreased oblong pan. Sprinkle mixture of ¼ cup sugar, 1 teasp cinnamon over top. Bake 30-35 min at 375.
