Giant Empanadas

1 Lb hamburger
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp chili power
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 pie crusts

Brown hamburger, onions & green pepper.
Add can of diced tomatoes, chili power, cumin, salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered for 15 min.
Spread ½ meat mixture on part of one pie crust, fold over crust and seal the edges. Repeat with other pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Garnish or serve w/shredded cheese, sour cream or salsa.
