To Die For Crock Pot Roast

1 Beef Roast                        

1 Pkg. Ranch Dressing mix

1 pkg. Italian dressing Mix

1 cup water

1pkg brown gravy mix

Pour water in crockpot, combine dry mixes & sprinkle over roast. Cook on low – 6-7 hrs. May add vegetables last 3 hours & turn on high. Put veg in bottom of crock pot in the liquid.
