Smoke Salmon Dip

1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/4 cup finely chopped chives
1/2 pound smoked salmon, diced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
Crackers for dipping

Mix cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in chives, salmon, lemon zest, pepper, and sour cream. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish as desired.
