1 ½ stick butter

Blend & press in 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
1 cup powered sugar
1 cup cool whip
1 cup cool whip
1 8 oz cream cheese
Mix & spread over cool crust.
2 pkgs. Instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
3 cups cold milk
Beat & spread over top of cream cheese mixture.
Top w/ rest of cool whip & top w/chopped nuts.
