2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs (separated)
1 1/2 cups milk
4 tablespoons oil
Sift the dry ingredients. Beat the egg yolks and whites separately. Add the beaten yolks and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir in the oil. Add the stiffly beaten egg whites to the batter. Spoon into a hot waffle iron.
