Pretzels

1 package yeast
1 1/2 cup warm water
Dissolve

1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Add to above mixture

4 cups flour
Blend in and knead until smooth

Roll in shapes and place on greased sheet. Brush with egg and sprinkler with salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve Warm. Makes 30-40 small.
