Lemon Jello Salad

1 pkg. lemon jello
2 cups hot water
8 marshmallows (cut)
2 large bananas, cut
1 9 oz. can crushed pineapple

Dressing:  
Pineapple juice & water = 1 cup
2 tablsp. Butter          
½ cup sugar
2 tablsp. Flour
1 egg
1 cup whipped cream

Dissolve jello in hot water. Chill until syrupy. Add fruit & marshmallows & pour in a 8 x 8 pan. For the dressing, take pineapple juice, water, butter, sugar, flour & egg and cook until thick. Cool. Add 1 cup whipped cream & whip into dressing. Pour over jello which has set and sprinkle w grated cheese. Chill
