1/3 cup Hershey's cocoa
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
3 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk (NOT EVAPORATED)
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 squares (2 ounces) unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine crumbs, cocoa, sugar and margarine/butter; press firmly on bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour half of the batter evenly over prepared crust. Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter. Spoon over vanilla mixture. With a knife, swirl to marble.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Cut. Store in the refrigerator.
