Boston Baked Beans

5 cups navy beans
1 onion, chopped
1 cup ketchup
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup water
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons dark molasses
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 pound salt pork, diced

Cook beans in 3 times their volume of water for 1 hour. Soak over night. Put beans in a crock pot with remaining ingredients. Cook on low heat for 10-12 hours.
