1 pint ov mayonnaise
1 cup of sour cream
1 clove of garlic, chopped fine
2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of parsley, chopped
8 ounces of bleu cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup of half-n-half
salt and white pepper to taste
Blend mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Mix in garlic, mustard, vinegar, worcestershire and parsley. Add bleu cheese, then thin with half-n-half. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
