Artichoke Dip
1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
Drain and squeeze artichokes, then chop. Add mayonnaise and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until it starts to brown. Serve warm with crackers.
