Apple Crunch

We always looked forward to fall and mom making this treat.

Filling:
3 cups diced apples
1 tbsp tapioca
Pinch of salt
1 cup sugar 
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Topping:
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup melted butter

Put apples in a buttered pan. Sprinkle with remaining filling ingredients. Mix the topping ingredients together until crumbly. Put over the apple mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
