1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4 medium all purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 cup Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In 13x9 baking pan, combine all ingredients.
Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender & brown.
