Ingredients are per 1 cup of rice. Put rice in a pan and add milk until rice is covered. Add 1/4 of sugar per cup of rice. Stir. Add 1 egg beaten until creamy. Stir continuously until boiling. Then cook on lower heat for about 5 minutes or until done. When done, add 2 teaspoons of vanilla and enjoy. You can also add raisin or currants. If you don't like your pudding hot/warm, chill until it's the temperature you like.
