1/4 cup instant potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
2 rounded tbsp lard (or butter)
2 cups flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp salt
1 package dry yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water and add 1 tsp sugar
Heat the milk. In a large bowl put sugar, potatoes, lard and salt. Add the warm milk. Stir until lard is melted. Add 2 cups flour and stir real good. Add the eggs and yeast, stir this real good to get all bubbles in it. Then add flour gradually until you can work by hand. Knead about 10 minutes. The dough should be pliable so you can roll it out. Used for cinnamon rolls and Runzas!
I know this looks incomplete-I'll add more to the cinnamon roll part once I get my hands on the rest of the recipe!
