A while back, I stumbled upon a great Blog/YouTube cooking resource called Food Wishes (Video Recipes by Chef John). We've tried a few of his recipes thus far and we're really impressed. We're particularly impressed with his Irish Soda Bread recipe. It's wonderfully tender, fragrant, and downright delicious. The only thing I'd add is a pinch or two of caraway seed, otherwise, it's wonderful as it is. Give it a try.~David
