Cream Biscuits

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tblsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tblsps sugar
2 1/2 cups heavy cream

Preheat oven to 425.

In a bowl stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.  Add the cream and stir until no lumps remain.

For each biscuit, drop 1/4 cup batter onto an ungreased baking sheet, spacing the biscuits about 1 inch apart.  Bake until the tops of the biscuits are pale golden and the bottoms are golden brown.  15-18 minutes.  Make about 12 biscuits.
